Construction of the commercial building in the center of the City Skopje with total of 16.000m2. Chakar & Partners provided consulting services, surveying, shop drawings, engineering and construction including the earth excavation of the pit. Commercial building is located in the center of the City of Skopje that requires challenging planning for the access of the equipment, trucks and machines to the construction site. It is an eight floor building, including two floors underground (parking lots). Each floor is approximately 2.000m2, and in total approximately 16.000m2. In addition company is responsible for the H&S on site for the all companies involved in this project.
